Banana Pudding Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 4c cold skim milk
  • 12 oz whipped topping
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 box vanilla wafers crumbled
  • 3 to 5 large bananas

Procedure

  1. Make vanilla pudding. Beat pudding mix into 4 cups of skim milk (using a whisk) for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the vanilla extract to the pudding while mixing. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  3. Cut the bananas into ½ inch slices.
  4. Fold together half of the whipped topping and all of the sour cream in a medium sized bowl.
  5. Add ingredients into a small glass containers in this order:

First layer is wafers
Second layer is bananas
Third layer is the pudding mixture
Repeat

6. Top with a dollop of whipped topping. Refrigerate for an hour.
