Ingredients
- 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 4c cold skim milk
- 12 oz whipped topping
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 box vanilla wafers crumbled
- 3 to 5 large bananas
Procedure
- Make vanilla pudding. Beat pudding mix into 4 cups of skim milk (using a whisk) for 2 minutes.
- Add the vanilla extract to the pudding while mixing. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- Cut the bananas into ½ inch slices.
- Fold together half of the whipped topping and all of the sour cream in a medium sized bowl.
- Add ingredients into a small glass containers in this order:
First layer is wafers Second layer is bananas Third layer is the pudding mixture Repeat
6. Top with a dollop of whipped topping. Refrigerate for an hour. |
