
Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds chicken parts
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 1/3 melted butter
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In 3 small bowls place flour, eggs, and bread crumbs.
- Place butter in a shallow baking pan and place in oven to melt.
- In the meantime, season chicken with salt and pepper. Place the chicken to be breaded in flour and coat evenly. Shake off any excess flour and proceed to place chicken in egg wash. Remove from egg wash and lastly coat chicken in bread crumbs and lightly shake off.
- Whn the butter is fully melted, arrange the chicken in the baking pan in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes, flip chicken and bake for another 15 minutes until chicken is golden brown or reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
